Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 calendar days from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The container must carry the original, unbroken seal. Your item must be in the original packaging. You need to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

We have very strict quality control in place for our products. However, in the unlikely event the item is damaged, we will provide a refund or replacement. You are eligible for a refund or replacement if you return the damaged item to us.

Before returning a product, please email us at help@positivesciencepeople.uk so we are aware of the return.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, or will send out a replacement depending on your preference. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Shipping: Shipping costs will be refunded by us after we have received the product. We recommend tracked shipping. Please keep the receipt and email it to us for a refund.
